Please fill out the questionnaire as COMPLETELYas possible. If something does not apply to you, please enter “n/a” into the blank. Not only is it our contract if we go on to work together, but the more fully you answer the questions the better I can create a site that’s all YOU.
If we are a good fit, I will send you a quote based on your answers.
Once payment is received, you will receive a welcome letter containing information about your account with HHD – all of your important information, such as how to access your cPanel, where your domain is registered and all logins/passwords. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND KEEP THIS INFORMATION IN A SAFE PLACE.
I will then expect any photos you will want used in the design (this does not refer to photos for your galleries) and any links, badges or banners you will want included on your site.
From there it will take 7-21 business days for me to complete a design incorporating your answers, ideas and thoughts from the questionnaire. Due to my low prices, you will have only TWO major revisions to the design, so please makes notes about what you like and don’t like and what you want changed.
At this time I will need:
- Content for each page – Proofread your text and correct all spelling, grammar and punctuation errors
- Photos for your gallery – Choose and send the number of photos that are included in your package. Photo optimization and resizing is included **
- Your contact information – This includes your email, phone number and the address where you want your contact form to to be sent
After final approval I will install and test your site on five browsers and four computers. If you host somewhere other than HHD Hosting I will need your login and password information. If you host elsewhere and you have chosen a script that is not supported by your host company it is YOUR responsibility to contact them regarding the issue.
While my current projects always play a part in how long your project will take, please keep in mind that the process depends mostly on how detailed your project is and YOUR PARTICIPATION. The quicker you get back to me with your content, answers to questions and approvals for any changes, the quicker your site will go live.
You are expected to supply original content and photos. Please be sure that your content (text) is error free. Proofread your text and correct all spelling, grammar and punctuation errors. I will edit your content for an additional $40/hr if you wish.
Please be sure that content is YOUR OWN. The first time I receive an email referencing plagiarized material, you site will come down.
If you have chosen to install a contact form I will add a tester email to the form for troubleshooting reasons. At the end of one week, I will remove the tester email. If at any time you notice that I HAVEN’T removed the tester email, PLEASE contact me immediately and remind me to do so.
