A good designer is passionate about their profession. Not just because it's their job, but because their name and reputation is on EVERY site that they design. A good designer values more than money - they value their client and the reputation of their client.

Choosing the person who will design your site is an important decision. Do you go with the friend or family member who will do it for little to nothing, or do you go with the person who has YEARS of experience in design?

While your first instinct is to go with the lower price, the adage "you get what you pay for" is never more important than when YOU are the product you're trying to sell.

Bottom line is that you're looking for a designer that can create a site that reflects you in an attractive, alluring manner and does exactly what you want and need it to do.

MAINTENANCE

High Heel Designs understands that you may need to change your information regularly, so every escort website is designed for easy maintenance and updates. If you have basic HTML skillls you can maintain it yourself, but with my inexpensive maintenance rates, it may be cheaper to let me do it.

ALL basic changes, including phone numbers, email changes, minor text changes, banner/link additions are always performed FREE OF CHARGE.

Free site maintenance is performed on Thursdays and Fridays from 9am-5pm CST; PLEASE SUBMIT ANY FREE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS Monday through Wednesday, NO LATER THAN 5 pm CST.

Any changes that are requested or expected before Thur/Fri will be subject to normal charges. This includes downloading the page[s] needing to be updated, maintenance of these pages and re-uploading the edited pages to your host. I WILL NOT BEGIN ANY REQUESTED WORK UNTIL THE QUOTED PRICE IS PAID. I regret having to resort to that, but my time is as important as yours. My normal charges are very clearly listed below

RUSH WORK & CODE REPAIR

I accept rush work on a case by case basis. Rush work will be billed at a rate of $60/hour ($90/hr on weekends). A 50% deposit of the estimated amount will be required before any work begins. At the time the job is approved I will supply an estimated completion time and work requested will begin immediately.

Because it is more difficult to comb through code to find someone else's error, repairing HTML that has been changed by anybody but High Heel Designs is $60/hr and billable in hourly increments.

You can pay by credit card, GreenDot, PayPal or money order. All transactions (except for money orders) go through PayPal. If you pay via money order, please be aware that no work will begin until we receive the money order.

Every site I create is unique to each client and has no re-sale value; for that reason I do not refund ANY money once work has begun on a design. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions.

LATE PAYMENT

Late payment WILL result in late fees, which will be added to the total cost of the project or monthly work performed. A late fee of $5 per day will be charged for each day payment is not received. NO further work will be performed until payment, including late fees, is received. HHD WILL remove any work performed on a clients' web site that has not been paid for.

Upon payment of current total due, including late fees, work will be released and uploaded to your server within 72 hours, excluding weekends. High Heel Designs is NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY deadlines due to client's failure to pay on time.

NON-PAYMENT

Non-payment for any work performed will result in termination of contract and web site files will not be uploaded to your server. If for any reason any files have been uploaded to your server, they will be removed.

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

Every site I create is unique to each client and has no re-sale value; for that reason I do not refund ANY money once work has begun on a design. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions.

Private Domain Registration	$30.00/yr.
Hosting	$70.00/yr.
Please be aware that all prices below are in addition to my $30/hr labor fee.
Photos - $5/per image	Add more photos to your gallery. I also do photo-editing; Remove scars, tattoos and blemishes from your photos ($35/per image for photo-editing)!
Pages - $45/per page	Add pages to your existing package
Members Area Basic - $150 CCBill Setup - $350	BASIC MEMBER AREA - you collect all payment yourself via PayPal or similar, password one directory and give the same password/login out to everyone or CCBill SETUP - More complicated, but the benefits are that they take care the protected area, meaning it's a lot more secure and they take care of chargebacks or what have you.
Diary/Blog - $50	A BLOG is like a message board - JUST FOR YOU! Put your thoughts in writing, share your opinions, whatever you want - it's ALL about you - EXAMPLE
Calendar - $50	You add and change your schedule from your computer - INSTANTLY! - EXAMPLE
Contact Forms - $50/each	Reservations, Reviews, Etc - EXAMPLE
Banners - $30/per banner	Static or animated
Splash Page - $50	A lead-in to your site - has standard disclaimer and is customized to match your site - EXAMPLE
