Once you are ready to begin, contact me via any of the contact pages above and I’ll send send you a Custom Design Questionnaire tailored to your needs.
When all of your initial questions for me have been answered and your Design Questionnaire is returned, you will be expected to make payment. Please make yourself familiar with my payment policies.
Once payment is received, you will receive a welcome letter containing information about your account with HHD – all of your important information, such as how to access your cPanel, where your domain is registered and all logins/passwords. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND KEEP THIS INFORMATION IN A SAFE PLACE.
From there it will take 7-21 business days for me to complete the design. Due to my low prices, you will have only TWO major revisions to the design, so please know what you want. Multiple, “move-it-up-a-bit” changes and numerous, minor text changes cannot be accommodated unless you are willing to pay for the extra time.
At this time I will need:
- Content for each page – Proofread your text and correct all spelling, grammar and punctuation errors
- Photos for your gallery – Choose and send the number of photos that are included in your package. Photo optimization, resizing and minor blurring is included **
- Your contact information – This includes your email, phone number and the address where you want your contact form to to be sent ***
If HHD is personalizing your PreBuilt Design, I will need:
- Content for each page – Proofread your text and correct all spelling, grammar and punctuation errors
- Page preferences – keep in mind that PreBuilt Designs consist of only five basic pages, more may be purchased at the discounted rate of $25/per page
- Photo preferences and placement – PreBuilt designs include only ten photos for the gallery, you may add more at my regular rate of $5/per photo. Photo optimization, resizing and minor blurring is included **
- Your contact information – This includes your email, phone number and the address where you want your contact form to to be sent ***
After final approval I will install and test your site on five browsers and two computers. If you host somewhere other than HHD Hosting I will need your login and password information. If you host elsewhere and you have chosen a script that is not supported by your host company it is YOUR responsibility to contact them regarding the issue.
PreBuilt/Budget Design ETA is 5-7 working days ****, Premium Design ETA is 7-21 working days ****
While my current projects always play a part in how long your project will take, please keep in mind that the process depends mostly on how detailed your project is and YOUR PARTICIPATION. The quicker you get back to me with your content, answers to questions and approvals for any changes, the quicker your site will go live.
You are expected to supply original content and photos. Please be sure that your content (text) is error free. Proofread your text and correct all spelling, grammar and punctuation errors. I will edit your content for an additional $30/hr if you wish.
Please be sure that content is YOUR OWN. The first time I receive an email referencing plagiarized material, you site will come down.

FINALLY:
If you have chosen to install a contact form I will add a tester email to the form for troubleshooting reasons. At the end of one week, I will remove the tester email. If at any time you notice that I HAVEN’T removed the tester email, PLEASE contact me immediately and remind me to do so.

** Additional photo re-touching (extensive blurring, tattoo removal, etc.) will be charged out at my regular $30/hr rate.
